The aim of the grant program is to support social inclusion and maintaining social ties, palliative care and support for informal carers, which are priority topics identified by studies on the state and needs of social services in the given regions.
The grant program focuses on supporting initiatives, projects and programs to actively prevent social exclusion and increase the capacity of community social services for vulnerable target groups. The aim of the programme is to help create accessible capacities of social services for socially excluded people and those at risk of social exclusion.
