This year, the second edition of the ŠKODA Gaming Tour took place not only in the Mladá Boleslav region, but also in Vrchlabí and for the first time in Rychnov nad Kněžnou!
June was a holiday not only for technology and computer game enthusiasts, but also for families with children and grandparents. In short, for everyone! As part of the ŠKODA Gaming Tour, visitors had the opportunity to try out Playstation 5 gaming consoles, simulators or, for example, delve into the depths of the world of virtual reality.
The latest football and hockey simulations FIFA 2022 and NHL 2022 took place on the Playstation 5 consoles. Here, both complete beginners and almost professional e-sport gamers who already have the controls down pat competed against each other. Speed lovers and lovers of roaring engines could show off their skills in the notorious Dirt 2 and other games on the playseats with steering wheels. In the world of virtual reality, visitors tested their speed, precision and reaction in the popular game Bladesaber.
The ŠKODA Gaming Tour is not only designed for young gamers, but also for families with children or seniors, creating a space for mutual and enjoyable leisure time. All three events were held in exceptional venues to appeal to a new type of target group.
Despite the inclement weather, the Gaming Tour was attended by a large number of people across all age categories. Some spent the whole day there, some continued to ask when the event would take place again.
