Non-formal education and leisure activities are important for the overall development of individuals and entire communities. That is why we pay special attention to them and focus on supporting projects and activities that provide opportunities for personal development as well as contribute to building the resilience of the next generation. We encourage creative learning and active leisure.

In addition to a number of activities in the area of supporting non-formal education that we support at the Endowment fund, a new key initiative is a project called "Giving Rings to Children."
The Czech Council for Children and Youth is behind the "Giving Rings to Children" project, which received the patronage of First Lady Eva Pavlova in 2024. From the 2023/24 school year, we are a partner in the Mladá Boleslav, Rychnov, Vrchlabí and Jilemnice regions.
The project has already helped to provide clubs for 80 children in the first half of the school year. Parents most often received contributions for music clubs, sports activities and art workshops. The grant can be used for things such as membership fees, entry fees, equipment and holiday events in conjunction with a long-term activity.
The funding is for families in receipt of Carer's Allowance, Foster Care or Child Benefit. Through regional anchoring and working with the Odbory KOVO, we know that many residents are being hit hard by the rising cost of living and falling real wages. Due to online submission, applications are as anonymous as possible.
