The traditional charity sports challenges organised by the SKODA AUTO Endowment Fund and the ŠKOFIT programme continue. They are now joining forces with the online platform Znesnáze21, which specialises in crowdfunding and organises collections for those in need. How will the new way of helping work?
Have you also participated in the Moving for a Good Cause challenge or the virtual charity run ŠAVŠ Run? You can look forward to more sports challenges to help with. They will now be linked to the support of specific public collections for the needy from the regions of Mladá Boleslav, Rychnov and Vrchlabí.
Znesnáze21 specializes in charity crowdfunding and fundraising. Crowdfunding refers to crowd funding where a large number of donors contribute to a target amount set for the implementation of a given project. This can be, for example, support for a specific person in a difficult situation or an interesting and meaningful project of a non-profit organization.
So how will it all work now?
People will be able to support the charity project by participating in the ŠKOFIT sports challenge. The SKODA AUTO Endowment Fund will convert the kilometres logged into money to be donated to charity collections in the regions where the carmaker has plants. Each individual fundraiser will thus be supported up to CZK 30,000.
Starting as early as January 2022, the challenges will run throughout the year. You and your family, school classes and even work teams can help. There is never enough meaningful help. Will you join in too?
