The next round of the grant call for the creation of new or improvement of existing facilities for meetings and leisure or physical activities is here!
The Development of Municipal Leisure Facilities grant call is intended for towns, municipalities, voluntary associations of municipalities and their contributory organisations and offers financial support in particular for the construction or reconstruction of public and community space. Applications will be accepted from 28 November 2022 to 13 January 2023.
Examples of supported projects:
• Construction or complete reconstruction of outdoor leisure facilities (e.g. natural amphitheatres, community fireplaces and barbecues, outdoor shelters, community gardens, etc.).
• Reconstruction of indoor spaces for active leisure and community gatherings (clubs, gymnasiums, sports halls, etc.).
• Building barrier-free access to leisure facilities.
• Construction or partial/complete reconstruction of children's, sports and multi-purpose or other playgrounds.
The amount of the foundation contribution ranges from CZK 100,000 to CZK 500,000 (or CZK 1.5 million).
Public accessibility of these facilities is a necessary condition for support. Proposed projects must also include an assessment of the impact of climatic conditions on the subject of the project and any measures (drinking fountains, shading, etc.).
