The SKODA AUTO Endowment Fund will join forces with the ŠKOFIT programme again this year to support not only active lifestyles but also public benefit projects in the Mladá Boleslav region. An important part of the grant is the involvement of the public, who will have the opportunity to participate in the co-creation of the region. It will be the residents of Mladá Boleslav who will decide which projects will be supported and, through their movement, determine the total amount to be distributed. Applications will be accepted until 9 December 2020.
The SKODA AUTO Endowment Crisis Fund has shown us what public benefit organisations in our region and beyond are currently facing. Supporting the work of public benefit organisations does not end with mitigating the negative effects of the current pandemic. Together with the citizens of the region, we want to decide what other projects to focus on in this area.
A foundation grant of up to CZK 30,000 can be awarded for a public benefit project implemented in the Mladá Boleslav district and focused on the support and development of health and social care, support and protection of children and youth, people with disabilities, the elderly, or the protection of animals and the environment.
Financial support can be applied for by a legal entity based in the Czech Republic that is not primarily established for profit (non-profit organization) - especially associations, public benefit societies, institutes, contributory organizations, etc..
Applications can be sent until 9 December 2020 to the following email address nadacnifond@skoda-auto.cz. The rules of the grant call and the application form can be found below.
The total amount to be distributed among the projects will depend on the people or their activity in the sports challenges ŠKOFIT. Movement is the key, every kilometre counts! We will launch voting on which projects will be supported in January 2020.
