The aim is to carry out traffic statistics on the I/14 road in the village of Bílý Újezd. It will consist of weekly data collection using two statistical boxes and their subsequent processing. The survey will serve as a basis for a conceptual solution that will lead to traffic calming in the village. It is located on a very busy section between Rychnov and Dobruška, in close proximity to the Solnice-Kvasiny industrial zone. The road passes through the centre of the village, in close proximity to the school and other civic amenities. However, a large number of drivers do not respect the pedestrian crossing, which is widely used by children, or the speed limit.
