The programme is aimed at involving schools in the DofE programme in Škoda Auto's regions of operation and developing students' key competences through the DofE programme. The main aim is to expand the DofE programme to more partner schools and improve the soft skills of students and pupils from across the social spectrum. The aim is to develop their key competences, to teach them to use their full potential and prepare them for future work and careers. The project focuses on schools and institutions in the regions where Škoda Auto operates - Mladá Boleslav, Rychnov and Vrchlabí.
