Home health care of the Diocesan Charity Litoměřice is a field health service operating throughout the Mladá Boleslav region. The service provides professional nursing, rehabilitation and home hospice care in the home environment of patients. Specialist nurses visit patients in their homes, which eliminates the need for such a person to visit a medical facility, which is often unfeasible. Home health care also provides, among other things, ECG measurement directly at the patient's bedside. Currently, the health service has a device that is "reaching the end of its life" and the service can no longer cover the demand with it.
