As part of the project, in accordance with our mission in the Mladá Boleslav region, we will provide home hospice care to terminally ill patients in the terminal period of their lives in order to increase their quality of life. Our care will relieve them not only from physical pain, pressure ulcers, etc., but also from states of anxiety and fear, worries that usually accompany this period. Professional and comprehensive care, assistance and individual support for the dying and their loved ones will be provided by the entire hospice team.
