Each of us may encounter an unfavorable situation that, despite all efforts, cannot be resolved on our own. However, there are a number of active people and organizations around us who are willing and ready to offer a helping hand in difficult times and make it easier to fight obstacles and barriers of any kind.
The aim of the grant call is to ensure and expand the capacity of palliative/hospice care, which will contribute to the creation of suitable conditions for the stay of people dependent on the help of others in the home environment.
Emergence of new forms of hospice care in the region. Support for the medical part of the service, which is not generally covered and reimbursed by insurance companies and the state.
