The organ in the parish church of St. Mary Magdalene is one of the greatest treasures of our town. It is used extensively and in many ways, not only for regular services, but also for cultural programmes for the wider public, such as concerts, music bands of the local Primary School of Arts or, for example, the St. During the previous regime, the organ received almost no care and maintenance. In July 2021 a major long-overdue repair of the organ began, which is beyond the financial means of the parish and for which we are asking for support.
