Creation of technical facilities for activities at the bread oven - kitchen - Phase II

An essential part of the events intended for the public (e.g. witch burning, May Day, Drakiáda) held at the bread oven on the multifunctional playground is the technical background in the hut. It consists in the completion of the kitchen - installation of upper cabinets, hob, oven, cooker hood and dishwasher. Part of the work will be carried out by self-help. The main activities are demonstrations of baking traditional sourdough bread, sweet pastries or meat dishes in a traditional bread oven. The aim of the project is, in addition to raising awareness of traditional sourdough bread production, to strengthen civic cohesion in the village and the natural involvement of citizens in the village.
