My name is Kateřina Maxová and I have been the chairwoman of DMO POBYTY for eleven years, which organizes stays for people with cerebral palsy. I myself have this disease, yet I try to live as a normal healthy person and use my experience and skills for the benefit of others who have been blessed with this diagnosis with more health limitations than me. I live in Mlada Boleslav, where our association is based, but it operates nationwide. People come to our stays from all over the Czech Republic. We have also managed to organise stays abroad. People with DMO, for example, are very much helped by a stay in a thermal spa (with the association we
