Seniors face social isolation, energy poverty, financial scams, misinformation. Patmos aims to help seniors in adverse social situations through outreach. The service will be offered in the Rychnov n. Kn. district, including small villages in the Orlické Mountains. Professional and human workers will help dozens of seniors to solve the above mentioned problems and thus help to prolong their life in a natural environment. The service is provided free of charge five days a week. Patmos is a registered social service, but due to inflation, the war in Ukraine and the budget proviso it was not included in the social service network as of 1 January 2022. It was not established on the basis of the new rules of the social welfare system as of the date of its establishment. KhK.
