Home hospice care is a health and social service of the Regional Charity Pardubice. It provides palliative care to patients who want to spend the end of their lives in their own environment among their loved ones. Home hospice care is provided by a team of professionals: doctors, nurses, psycho-social workers, a coordinator and a clergyman. In 2020, 169 patients benefited from home hospice care, including the palliative medicine outpatient clinic. Home hospice care is provided in the Pardubice district, part of the Chrudim and Rychnov nad Kněžnou districts. We need a new vehicle to ensure the development of services.
