The aim of the project is to increase the competencies of the staff of the Caritas Care Service Mnichovo Hradiště in the field of direct care, managerial skills and individual planning of the care provided. The project will fund the training of these workers in order to improve the quality of care provided.
The project finances the salary costs of an employee of the Integrated Training Centre in Mnichovo Hradiště, who provides free counselling to caregivers from the general public. The aim of the project is to improve the availability of information and help these people to take care of their loved ones.
